Q. What is the specific process for uploading the unique serial number from an eligible Red Smoke Alarm product?

A. All eligible Red Smoke alarm products will have a serial number on the bottom of the alarm that you are able to enter on the promotional page.

Q. I bought an eligible Smoke Alarm but it doesn’t have a serial number is it eligible?

A. Only Red Smoke Alarm products with serial numbers are eligible for this promotion. If you have purchased an eligible product type that doesn’t have a serial number that alarm is not valid for entry.

Q. Can I make multiple entries?

A. Yes, multiple entries are allowed. However, each entry must be associated with a unique serial number (one entry per smoke alarm).

Q. Are there any limitations on the number of entries per person or per day?

A. No, each eligible product that you purchase is valid for entry. This means if you purchase 20 products each product can be entered. 

Q. Do I need a copy of my Tax invoice?

A. Yes, you will be asked for proof of purchase and an image of your serial number on your alarm to confirm eligibility for this promotion.

Q. What are the instant win prizes in the Red Lotto Promotion?

A. The instant win prizes available to be won during the Promotional Period are: 

  • 6 x $5,000 Digital Visa Gift Card; 
  • 300 x $50 Digital Visa Gift Card; and
  • 3,000 x $5 Red Dollar Rewards
