1. Program Overview
The Think Red Dollars Rewards Program ("the Program") is designed to provide eligible customers of Red Smoke Alarms with the opportunity to earn Red Dollars by purchasing Eligible Red Smoke Alarm Products from Approved Wholesalers.
These Red Dollars can be accumulated and redeemed for VISA gift cards. These Terms form the basis on which you can earn and redeem Red Dollars for VISA gift cards under the Program. Every Member is bound by these Terms.
Definitions:
1.1 Accumulated Red Dollars:
60-Day Banking Rule:
Red Dollars must be banked within 60 days of the date of invoice (Invoice Expiration Date). Purchases older than 60 days will expire and cannot be credited.
Any Red Dollars that are banked and credited to your account will be valid for a period of 12 months from the date they are made available in your account, after which they expire.
You cannot have more than $10,000 Red Dollars in your account at any one time. If you reach this limit, you must redeem balance before you can continue earning.
1.2 Redemption Expiry:
The VISA gift cards you receive through the redemption process will remain valid for a period of 12 months from the date of the Redemption/cashed-out transaction, after which the VISA gift cards will expire.
2. Membership and Registration
Eligible customers can enrol in the Think Red Dollars Rewards Program by visiting www.thinkredrewards.com.au/reddollars
Membership is free and available to any Eligible Customer who meets the following criteria:
- Purchases Eligible Red Smoke Alarm Products from an Approved Wholesaler.
- Conducts a business involving installation, testing or servicing of smoke alarms.
- Resides in Australia and holds an ABN.
- Provides valid personal information and is not already a member.
Exclusion Policy (For avoidance of doubt):
No Re-Sellers: Does not include any person who purchases for wholesale or retail sale (eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc).
No General Public: Homeowners or unqualified persons outside the electrical registered industry are ineligible.
No Employees: Red Smoke Alarms employees and their immediate families are ineligible.
2.1 Rewards Program Rules:

2.2 Rewards Program Privacy:
Members are responsible for reading the Privacy Statement to understand data collection and usage.
2.3 Applications:
Red Smoke Alarms may accept or reject any application in its sole discretion without providing notice or reasons.
3. Banking Red Dollars
Banking Red Dollars is free through the submission of a valid Tax invoice from an Approved Wholesaler.
3.1 Tax Invoice Requirements:
3.2 Red Smoke Alarms determines invoice acceptance at its sole discretion.
3.3 All banked Red Dollars are subject to a 30 day holding process for verification and audit purposes.
4. Redeeming Red Dollars
Accumulated Red Dollars convert to credit on a digital VISA gift card at a rate of $1 Red Dollar = $1 Credit.
Required minimum available balance to initiate a redemption.
Maximum value allowed per single VISA Card redemption.
4.3 Non-Transferable and Non-Refundable:
Red Dollars hold no cash value and are unique to each Member account. They cannot be transferred between accounts.
5. Credit Returns
If products are returned or refunded, Red Smoke Alarms may reverse allocated Red Dollars, cancel issued VISA gift cards, or recover the value as a debt.
6. Program Changes
Red Smoke Alarms reserves the right to modify wholesalers, products, reward values, and terms, or terminate the program at any time without notice.
Red Smoke Alarms will not be liable for any cause in connection with technical difficulties, unauthorised access, or program suspension to the maximum extent permitted by law.
7. Restrictions
Members can only hold one account. Benefits are for personal use and conditional on purchasing normal commercial quantities of goods.
8. Data and Privacy
Your privacy is paramount. We collect personal information (name, contact details, purchase history) to deliver the Program and take reasonable steps to safeguard this data.
We do not share your information with third parties without consent, except as required to conduct the Program or comply with legal requirements.
9. Terms and Changes
These terms are effective from 1st October 2023. The most current version is always available on this website.
10. Termination
Red Smoke Alarms may terminate a Member's participation at any time, especially if fraudulent activity or duplicated accounts are suspected.
11. Liability and Disputes
